The stated sales prices do not include shipping costs. We use normal parcel post. In Switzerland, please allow approximately three working days from the order date; abroad it may take 7-12 days.

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, Vestibule grants you the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and flawless items from which the tags have not been removed. Shoes may only be returned with the original shoe box.
Gift vouchers, cosmetics, food and underwear or swimsuits cannot be returned.

Shipping costs, customs duties and all other costs for returning the products are not covered by Vestibule and are to be borne in full by the customer.
