The listed prices do not include shipping costs. We use standard parcel post. In Switzerland, please allow approximately three business days from the order date; for international orders, delivery may take 7–12 days.

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, Vestibule grants you the right to return the items within 14 days of receiving them. The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the tags still attached. Shoes may only be returned in their original shoe box.
Gift cards, cosmetics, food, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.

If the item was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning the products are not covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer.
