Paris is known for its culinary scene and offers a wealth of exceptional restaurants. Here are some of Laurence's favorite restaurants in Paris:

 

	1st CIBUS, 5 Rue Molière, 75001 Paris The chef at Cibus is drawn to the market daily, basing his fast-casual, all-organic, Italian-inspired menu at this tiny restaurant (only 15 seats) on the fresh produce of the day. Look forward to dishes such as bohen with squid and spaghetti on wild mushrooms.
	2. MADAME RÊVE, 48 Rue du Louvre, 75001 Paris In the heart of the newly renovated Poste du Louvre, the Madame Rêve Café and Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Hotel Madame Rêve. Here we are enchanted not only by the chic period decor but also by the fine Mediterranean food!
	3rd MALRO, 7 Rue Froissart, 75003 Paris. Italian chef Denny Imbroisi, have gone all Mediterranean with this new, highly sought-after flagship restaurant in the Marais. There's pizza, chakchouka and cocktails - you'll love it!
	4 TEKÈS, 4 bis Rue Saint-Sauveur, 75002 Paris Tekés means ceremony/festival and the restaurant in the 2ieme Arrondissement celebrates the ancient cooking methods of Jerusalem. These are boldly taken up and reinvented to bring us unique taste experiences on the table.
	5 CAFÉ KITSUNE, 51 Gal de Montpensier, 75001 Paris Located within the Jardin du Palais Royal, Kitsune is a small café under trees and white umbrellas. A quiet place to take a breath and recharge your batteries with an espresso or matcha.
