The listed sales prices do not include shipping costs. We use standard package mail. Please allow about three business days from the order date for delivery within Switzerland; delivery to other countries may take 7–12 days.
Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, Vestibule offers a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the merchandise. The right to return applies only to unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the tags still attached. Shoes may only be returned in their original shoe box.
Gift cards, cosmetics, books, food, underwear, and swimsuits cannot be returned.

If the returned item was purchased with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning the products will not be covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer.
