General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed with Vestibule GmbH, St. Peterstrasse 20, 8001 Zurich (“Vestibule”). As part of the ordering process, you accept these terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. The legal notice is part of the General Terms and Conditions.

Prices

Prices in foreign currencies are non-binding estimates. The binding prices are listed in CHF.

Conclusion of the Contract and Delivery

All items and prices published in the online store are considered an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the possibility of an incorrect price or an inability to deliver.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer submits their order in full and also accepts the Terms and Conditions. The customer will receive confirmation of the order via an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the email address they provided.

This order confirmation does not constitute a binding commitment that the ordered items are actually available or can be delivered. It merely informs the customer that the order has been received by Vestibule. The contract is not formed until the products explicitly listed in the shipping confirmation are included, which definitively establishes the scope of services.

The ordered products will be shipped as soon as Vestibule has received full payment.

The customer is entitled to cancel the contract if, after the contract has been concluded, products cannot be delivered—either in whole or in part—for reasons beyond Vestibule’s control. In this case, Vestibule will refund any purchase prices already paid.

Vestibule’s obligation to deliver the ordered product is fulfilled upon handing it over to the shipping carrier. The risk of loss of the ordered product passes to the consumer upon shipment of the ordered product. Vestibule is not liable for errors made by the shipping carrier.

Price and Shipping Costs

The prices listed at the time of the order process apply. The listed prices are final prices, meaning they include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other applicable charges are not covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Payment

Payment can be made using any of the listed payment methods. Gift certificates that were not purchased on the Vestibule website cannot be used for payment on this website.

Purchase on Account with Installment Option (POWERPAY—Switzerland only)

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the “Purchase on Account” payment method. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice receivable and handles the corresponding payment arrangements. When purchasing onaccount, you agree to POWERPAY’s Terms and Conditionsin addition to our own.

Local pickup with the “Purchase on Account” payment method

If you selected the "Purchase on Account" payment method when placing an order for local pickup at Store , we require a signature and a copy of a valid ID at the time of pickup, in accordance with the guidelines of our partner company, POWERPAY.

Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, Vestibule offers a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the merchandise. The right to return applies only to unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the tags still attached. Shoes may only be returned in their original shoe box.

Gift cards, cosmetics, books, food, underwear, and swimsuits cannot be returned.

If the returned item was purchased with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning the products will not be covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer.

Please return products in their original packaging by mail or courier to:

Or return the items to one of our stores.

Refund

Any refunds will be issued to the account used for payment after the returned merchandise has been inspected. You will be notified by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

After reviewing your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If the returned item was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning the products will not be covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Warranty

The delivered products must be inspected as soon as possible, and any defects discovered must be reported to Vestibule no later than 5 business days after receipt of the product by sending an email with a photo of the defect to customercare@vestibule.ch. Otherwise, the products will be considered accepted.

Defects that cannot be detected during a proper inspection must be reported to Vestibule immediately upon discovery by sending an email with a photo of the defect to customercare@vestibule.ch. Otherwise, the product is considered approved with respect to these defects.

Vestibule guarantees that defects will be remedied. This will be done, at our discretion, through subsequent performance, i.e., by remedying the defect (repair) or delivering a defect-free item (replacement).

If the remedy fails, the customer is entitled to rescind the contract. This does not apply to minor defects. The customer’s right to a reduction in the purchase price is excluded. This exclusion of liability also applies to all claims that conflict with warranty rights.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, the consequences of improper use, or damage caused by the buyer or third parties, nor does it cover defects attributable to external factors.

Disclaimer

The content of the Vestibule website contains neither representations nor warranties. Vestibule shall not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of information and materials from this website or from accessing other websites via links. Liability for damages to third parties is also excluded. Furthermore, the amount of any claim arising from Vestibule’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold.

Vestibule assumes no liability for descriptions provided by third parties, particularly customers, in the context of customer reviews published in the online store or on our social media platforms.

Severability Clause

If any provision of this contract, including these provisions, is invalid in whole or in part, or if this contract contains a gap, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions or parts thereof. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and all legal relationships related thereto are governed by Swiss law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

The courts in Zurich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

Changes

Vestibule reserves the right to modify, update, or replace portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
