	1. CIBUS, 5 Rue Molière, 75001 Paris Cibus' chef goes to the market every day and bases the quick, all-organic, Italian-inspired menu at this tiny restaurant (only 15 seats) on the fresh produce of the day. Look forward to dishes such as green beans with squid and spaghetti with wild mushrooms.
	2. MADAME RÊVE, 48 Rue du Louvre, 75001 Paris Located in the heart of the newly renovated Poste du Louvre, the Madame Rêve Café and Restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the Hotel Madame Rêve. Here, we are enchanted not only by the chic period decor but also by the exquisite Mediterranean cuisine!
	3. MALRO, 7 Rue Froissart, 75003 Paris Italian chef Denny Imbroisi has gone all-in on the Mediterranean with this new, highly sought-after flagship restaurant in the Marais. There’s pizza, chakchouka, and cocktails—you’ll love it!
	4. TEKÈS, 4 bis Rue Saint-Sauveur, 75002 Paris Tekés means "ceremony" or "feast," and the restaurant in the 2nd arrondissement celebrates the traditional cooking methods of Jerusalem. These are boldly reinterpreted and reinvented to bring unique culinary experiences to the table.
	5. CAFÉ KITSUNE, 51 Gal de Montpensier, 75001 Paris Located in the Jardin du Palais Royal, Kitsune is a small café nestled under trees and white umbrellas. It’s a quiet spot to relax and recharge with an espresso or matcha.
