The listed sales prices do not include shipping costs. We use standard parcel mail. In Switzerland, please allow approximately three business days from the order date; for international shipments, it may take 7–12 days.

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, Vestibule grants you the right to return the items within 14 days of receiving them. The right to return applies only to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with the tags still attached. Shoes may only be returned in their original shoe box.
Gift certificates, cosmetics, food, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.

If the returned item was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning the products are not covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer.
