General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The following terms and conditions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed with Vestibule GmbH, St. Peterstrasse 20, 8001 Zurich (“Vestibule”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions as they are in effect at the time of the order. The legal notice is part of these terms and conditions.

Prices

Prices in foreign currencies are non-binding estimates. The binding prices are listed in CHF.

Conclusion of the contract and delivery

All items and prices listed in the online store are considered an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the possibility of incorrect pricing or an inability to deliver.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer submits a complete order and accepts the terms and conditions. The customer will receive an order confirmation via email sent to the address provided.

This order confirmation does not constitute a binding guarantee that the ordered items are actually available or can be delivered. This means that the customer is merely being informed that the order has been received by Vestibule. The contract is concluded solely with respect to the products expressly listed in the shipping confirmation, which ultimately determines the scope of services.

The ordered products will be shipped as soon as Vestibule has received full payment.

The customer has the right to cancel the contract if, after the contract has been concluded, products cannot be delivered in whole or in part for reasons beyond Vestibule’s control. In this case, Vestibule will refund any purchase prices already paid.

Vestibule’s obligation to deliver is fulfilled when the ordered product is handed over to the shipping company. The risk of loss of the ordered product passes to the consumer when the product is shipped. Vestibule is not liable for errors made by the shipping company used.

Price and shipping costs

The prices listed at the time of ordering apply. The prices listed are final prices, i.e., they include the applicable statutory sales tax.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs incurred are not covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated.

payment

Payment can be made by credit card, TWINT, PayPal, or invoice. Gift cards that were not purchased on the Vestibule website cannot be used for payment on this website.

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the “purchase on account” payment method. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY assumes the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY’s terms and conditions in addition to our terms and conditions.

Local pickup with the “purchase on account” payment method

If you have selected the "purchase on account" payment method for an order with in-store pickup, we require a signature and a copy of a valid ID at the time of pickup, in accordance with the guidelines of our partner company, POWERPAY.

Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, Vestibule grants you the right to return the items within 14 days of receiving them. The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with tags still attached. Shoes may only be returned in their original shoe box.

Products in the FINAL Sale (as indicated in the product description), gift cards, cosmetics, food, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.

If the item was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning the products are not covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer.

Please return products in their original packaging by mail or courier to:

Or return the items to one of our stores.

Refund

Any refunds will be issued to the account used for payment after the returned goods have been inspected. You will be notified by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

After reviewing your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If the return was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning the products are not covered by Vestibule and must be paid in full by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Guarantee

The delivered products must be inspected as soon as possible and no later than 5 business days after receipt. Any defects found must be reported to Vestibule by sending an email with a photo of the defect to customercare@vestibule.ch. Otherwise, the products are considered accepted.

Any defects that cannot be detected during a proper inspection must be reported to Vestibule immediately upon discovery by sending an email with a photo of the defect to customercare@vestibule.ch. Otherwise, the product is deemed to have been approved with respect to these defects.

Vestibule guarantees that defects will be corrected. This is done at our discretion through supplementary performance, i.e., either by remedying the defect (repair) or by delivering a defect-free item (replacement).

If subsequent performance fails, the customer is entitled to cancel the contract. This does not apply to minor defects. The customer’s right to a reduction in the purchase price is excluded. This exclusion of liability also applies to all claims that conflict with the warranty rights.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, damage caused by the buyer or third parties, or defects attributable to external factors.

Disclaimer

The contents of Vestibule's website contain no representations or warranties. In no event shall Vestibule be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of information and material from this website or access via links to other websites. Liability for third-party damages is also excluded. The amount of any claim arising from Vestibule’s liability is also limited to the purchase price of the product sold.

Vestibule assumes no liability for descriptions provided by third parties, particularly customers in connection with the online store or customer reviews published on our social media channels.

Severability clause

If any provision of this contract, including these provisions, is wholly or partially invalid, or if this contract contains a gap, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions or parts thereof. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and all legal relationships associated with it are governed by Swiss law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

The courts in Zurich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract.

Changes

Vestibule reserves the right to change, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
