The listed prices do not include shipping costs. We use standard postal parcel service. Please allow approximately three business days from the date of order for deliveries within Switzerland; for international shipments, delivery may take 7 to 12 days.
Return
We hope you are satisfied with your order. If not, Vestibule grants you the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them. The right to return applies only to items that have not been worn or washed, are in perfect condition, and still have their tags attached. Shoes may only be returned in their original box.
Gift cards, cosmetics, books, food items, and underwear or swimwear cannot be returned.

If the return was purchased with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning products are not covered by Vestibule and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
