The prices listed do not include shipping costs. We use standard postal service. Please allow approximately three business days from the date of order for delivery within Switzerland; for international orders, delivery may take 7 to 12 days.
Return
We hope you are satisfied with your order. If not, Vestibule offers a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted only for items that are unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and with the tags still attached. Shoes may only be returned in their original box.
Gift cards, cosmetics, books, food items, and underwear or swimwear cannot be returned.

If the return was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning products are not covered by Vestibule and are the customer’s sole responsibility.
