Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed with Vestibule GmbH, St. Peterstrasse 20, 8001 Zurich (“Vestibule”). As part of the ordering process, you agree to these terms and conditions in the version in effect at the time of the order. The legal notices are part of the Terms and Conditions.

Prize

Prices in foreign currencies are for informational purposes only and are not binding. Binding prices are listed in CHF.

Contract Conclusion and Delivery

All items and prices listed in the online store are considered an offer. However, this offer is always subject to pricing errors or unavailability.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer has placed a complete order and accepted the Terms and Conditions. The order is confirmed to the customer via an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the email address they provided.

This order acknowledgment does not constitute a binding guarantee that the items ordered are actually available or can be delivered. It merely informs the customer that the order has been received by Vestibule. The contract is concluded only for the products expressly listed in the shipping confirmation, which ultimately determines the scope of services.

The ordered products will be shipped as soon as Vestibule has received full payment.

The customer has the right to terminate the contract if, after the contract has been concluded, products cannot be delivered, in whole or in part, for reasons not attributable to Vestibule. In this case, Vestibule will refund any purchase prices already paid.

Vestibule’s obligation to ship the product is fulfilled upon handing it over to the shipping company. The risk of loss of the product is transferred to the consumer at the time the product is shipped. Vestibule is not liable for any errors made by the shipping company used.

Price and shipping costs

The prices listed at the time of ordering apply. The prices listed are final prices, meaning they include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other fees incurred are not covered by Vestibule and are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment can be made using any of the payment methods listed. Gift cards not purchased on the Vestibule website cannot be used for payment on this site.

Purchase on Invoice with Partial Payment Option (POWERPAY – Switzerland only)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the “Purchase on Invoice” payment method as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can simply pay for your purchase online via invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice the following month with an overview of the order.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes responsibility for the invoice receivable and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasingon account, you agree to POWERPAY’s Terms and Conditionsin addition to our own.

Local pickup with “Purchase on account” payment method

If you selected the "Purchase on Invoice" payment method for an order with in-store pickup, we will need a signature and a copy of a valid ID at the time of pickup, in accordance with the guidelines of our partner POWERPAY.

Right of return

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If not, Vestibule offers a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. The return policy applies only to items that are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with the tags still attached. Shoes may only be returned in their original box.

Gift cards, cosmetics, books, food items, and underwear or swimwear cannot be returned.

If the return was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning products are not covered by Vestibule and are the customer’s sole responsibility.

Please return the products in their original packaging by mail or courier to:

Or return the items to one of our stores.

Reimbursement

Any refunds will be issued to the account used for payment after the returned merchandise has been inspected. You will be notified by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

Once we have reviewed your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If the return was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and all other costs associated with returning products are not covered by Vestibule and are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Warranty

Delivered products must be inspected as soon as possible, and any defects found must be reported to Vestibule no later than 5 business days after receipt of the product by sending an email with a photo of the defect to customercare@vestibule.ch. Otherwise, the products will be considered approved.

Any defects that cannot be detected during a proper inspection must be reported to Vestibule immediately upon discovery by sending an email with a photo of the defect to customercare@vestibule.ch. Failure to do so will result in the product being deemed approved with respect to those defects.

Vestibule guarantees the repair of defects. This will be done, at our discretion, either by rectification—that is, by fixing the defect (repair)—or by delivering a defect-free item (replacement).

If subsequent performance fails, the customer is entitled to terminate the contract. This does not apply to minor defects. The customer’s right to a reduction in the purchase price is excluded. This exclusion of liability also applies to all claims that conflict with warranty rights.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, damage caused by the buyer or third parties, or defects caused by external factors.

The content of the Vestibule website does not constitute any representations or warranties. Vestibule shall in no event be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from the use of information and materials on this website or from accessing other websites via links. Liability for damages caused to third parties is also excluded. Furthermore, the amount of any claim arising from Vestibule’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold.

Vestibule assumes no responsibility for descriptions provided by third parties, particularly customers, in connection with customer reviews published in the online store or on our social media channels.

Safeguard clause

If any provision of this contract, including these provisions, is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, or if this contract contains a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts thereof shall not be affected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the corresponding statutory provisions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This agreement and all legal relationships arising therefrom shall be governed by Swiss law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this contract.

Modifications

Vestibule reserves the right to modify, update, or replace parts of these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
